How It Works

Miniature Tent is a Shop relic that removes the restriction on Rest Site choices. Normally, you can only pick ONE option when you visit a Rest Site (Rest, Smith, Dig, etc.). With Miniature Tent, you can choose ALL available options in a single visit.

This is incredibly powerful for efficiency — you can heal up, upgrade a card, and dig for a relic all at once. It's especially valuable in runs where you're low on HP but also need card upgrades to scale into late game.

Rest Site Options

With Miniature Tent, you can choose ALL of these options at every Rest Site:

Strategy Tips

▸Normally, you can only choose ONE option at Rest Sites. Miniature Tent removes this restriction entirely.
▸You can Rest AND Smith in the same visit — heal up while upgrading your best card.
▸If Dig is available, you can Dig for a relic AND still Rest/Smith — massive value.
▸Best purchased in Act 1 or early Act 2 to maximize the number of Rest Sites you visit.
▸Costs around 200 Gold at the Merchant — expensive but worth it if you're struggling with HP or need upgrades.
▸Synergizes with relics that trigger at Rest Sites (e.g., Dream Catcher, Shovel).

When to Buy Miniature Tent

✓ Good Situations

  • • Early Act 1 or Act 2 (many Rest Sites ahead)
  • • Low HP and need frequent healing
  • • Have Shovel, Girya, or Peace Pipe
  • • Need both healing AND upgrades
  • • Planning to path through multiple Rest Sites

✗ Avoid When

  • • Late Act 3 or Act 4 (few Rest Sites left)
  • • Already at high HP
  • • Deck is fully upgraded
  • • Low on Gold and need other relics
  • • Planning to skip Rest Sites for elites

Value Calculation

Miniature Tent costs ~200 Gold. Here's how to evaluate if it's worth buying:

  • • Each Rest Site visit = 1 extra action (Rest, Smith, Dig, etc.)
  • • Average run has 4-6 Rest Sites remaining after Act 1
  • • Value = 4-6 extra actions = ~4-6 card upgrades OR ~120-180 HP healed
  • • Break-even point: If you visit 2+ Rest Sites, it's worth the cost
